If you’ve got cats – get a cat tree for them!  It’s important to give your cats something fun to climb, satisfying to destroy, and comfortable for lounging.  Otherwise you might find your cats climbing the wrong things and falling, scratching the wrong things and generally creating headaches.  (haha we sure did!)

The design uses small 24×21″ base with a 6 foot tall perch.  Basically we are trying to get the maximum height from the smallest footprint, while enabling cats to climb down easily.

Jasper helped me test the design during construction, and he seems happy with the finished product!
